Description

NIKE SB – This brief was to design a portal site and two banner ads for a brand and product of your choice. In this case the De La Soul Dunk Pro SBs from Nike.
The project required close analysis of the product, the Nike brand and its target customer. I was influenced heavily by the black used in existing Nike sites and looked closely at the retro fonts and futuristic imagery used previously by De La Soul in their album artwork.

WOOLCOTT & SMITH – This website for Chelsea award winning gardeners Woolcott & Smith was heavily influenced by the 1940s/50s cottage garden aspects of their designs. Research into customer trends showed that the public are moving away from corporate brand identities and instead want to know the faces behind products and the values they uphold. The concept of a 1950s gardening scrapbook allowed for direct communication between the brand and the consumer developing a friendly and approachable identity for Woolcott & Smith.

G-STAR INTELLIGENCE – This website was produced as part of my final university campaign which involved a 360 degree promotion of a new range from G-Star featuring intelligent textiles.
The site was designed to be highly interactive with downloads and applications compatible with computers and mobile phones, the opportunity to upload user generated content and information on the brands involvement with the martial art Wushu.

This work was nominated for both the Creative Marketing and Fashion Innovation Awards at Graduate Fashion Week 2009.
